Do you have a storefront?

Yes.  Based in Pearcedale South East of Melbourne in Victoria.

Unless otherwise advertised through social media and the front page of our website.

What Payment Options are there?

 Visa, MasterCard, Paypal and Afterpay available as well as cash on collection

Can I pre-order items?

 

No.  We do not offer Pre Order

Will you deliver to a Post Office Box?

Yes.  In this instance we can only enlist  Australia Post to do these deliveries as Couriers do not deliver to Australia Post Offices.  We would be unable to look at courier rates  as they do not accept Post Office Boxes as an address.

How can I track my order?

Yes.  We will email you with your tracking information via Australia Post or a nominated courier.  You will be able to track directly via their website.  Please check your junk/spam folder if you have not received through your inbox and allow up to 24 hours to track.

If I change my mind, can I return my items?

We don't offer exchange or refund should you simply change your mind. We ask that you always check dimensions and item descriptions to ensure that the purchase suits your needs. If you would like to discuss this further, please email us.

My order arrived damaged or has missing items.  What do I do?

Don't panic.  We will help you to get this sorted.  Please reach out via email with details and attach images of any damage for our reference, or details of the missing item from your order.  We will do our best to get this sorted quickly as it is just as much in our interest to get issues sorted as soon as possible.

Postage and Handling

We have an Australia Post Application that will calculate current/live rates to deliver your order based on its size and your location.   This can be quite expensive, particularly those of you based in Remote and Rural locations.

Please reach out prior to completing your order should you have questions regarding what you are being charged to deliver.  There are occasions where we can repackage multiple items together without their individual packaging (with the exception of fragile items) to ensure a smaller package delivery which may result in a lower delivery fee.  We can always look up Courier rates as well, however, this is mainly more economical to send if in a major city or location.
