Do you have a storefront?

We are online only business and do not have a shop or store front at this stage.

What Payment Options are there?

 Visa, MasterCard, Paypal and Afterpay available as well as cash on collection

Can I pre-order items?

Yes.  We do offer pre-order available for items that are currently on order from our supplier.  We offer Full or Part Payment options.

*Please note to order items on pre order separately to items currently in stock as we may package and post everything together once all stock is available.

Will you deliver to a Post Office Box?

We will only post to an actual address, business or residential and do not post to a box number.

How can I track my order?

We will email you with your tracking information via Australia Post or a nominated courier.  You will be able to track directly via their website.  Please check your junk/spam folder if you have not received through your inbox.

If I change my mind, can I return my items?

We don't offer exchange or refund should you simply change your mind.  If you would like to discuss this further, please email us.

My order arrived damaged or has missing items.  What do I do?

Don't panic.  We will help you to get this sorted.  Please reach out via email with details and attach images of any damage for our reference, or details of the missing item from your order.

Postage and Handling

We charge postage based on the cubic weight equivalent of the package required. Effectively, large items require large cartons to post and will therefore incur a higher cost .  This is in alignment with current Australia Post charges.
