While its quiet around here in our shop
Starting the week of Monday 29th of July.
It's been oh so very quiet in our Pearcedale shop over the past number of weeks so we think many of you must be in hibernation. Understandable. It's been a very cold winter so far this year!
As a result, We'll be changing our shop trading hours, however, access to visit our store won't change that much.
CLOSED - Sunday, Monday and Tuesday. No Change.
Note: Our warehouse will always. attend to Express Post Orders on any business day.
WEDNESDAY AND THURSDAYS - We've decided to have "By Appointment Only" on Wednesdays and Thursdays. Please reach out the evening before if possible if you'd like to come to our shop for either of these days so we can arrange to open up for you for a certain period. Please, make sure you reach out, especially if you want a last minute gift, paint and accessories or IOD Decor Products. We'll always do our very best to accommodate you.
SHOP TRADING HOURS - Our Store is open on Friday and Saturday, 9am until 3pm.
COLLECTIONS for our online orders are for your convenience, so please reach out if you have an order you'd like to pick up out of our shop hours. We'll then let you know that your your goodies will be waiting for you on the porch of the residence.
We do not like to leave parcels on the porch all day, so if you could please stipulate an approximate time, then that's best.
As a small business that's currently changing its direction, we need to adapt to demand, so while it's quiet, we will take that time to focus on different aspects within the business.
We will be making changes to our website gradually which will focus on our creative direction, workshops, new images as well as online tutorials.
Our staffing is usually one person, (me, Jane) and my amazing friend Deb one day a week so unfortunately, we have limited options to man the shop, fulfill orders and do our administration so we know that you'll understand.
Stay warm and dry if you're in the southern states and do visit our website regularly to stay up to date with info.
