Etiquites Gilded Foil Transfer has Four full sheets of lavish elements that will immediately transform your project.

Important Note:  It is essential that you read and follow all instructions on the back of the packet for application and storage.

How we did our jars...... We purchased jars from KMART.  around $6 for 3 of them.  We chose Fusion Coal Black and painted inside one jar to achieve a super glossy finish and painted the exterior of the other jar for a matt finish.  Saying this, painted on the outside is perfect when using the jar for storage and you can wax later to achieve a lovely sheen!

Once dry, we chose two of the etiquette images, ensuring they were the right height of the jar and positioned them on the jar with a small amount of sticky tape to the top of the paper on each end to attach so it didn't move around.  Once secured, we slipped out the backing paper of the transfer.  Don't throw this out as you'll need this in a minute!  With the plastic applicator, gently rub over the image, lifting gently as you go to ensure that all of the gilded image transfers onto the jar.  Be careful not to remove the whole paper as once removed, you can't guarantee you'll place it back in the right spot,  Hence, the adhesion with a bit of sticky. Once transferred, gently lift off the transfer paper and be amazed at how classy a plain old Jar can look!  Using the backing paper,  remember I said not to throw it away, gently rub over the transfer.  This is called burnishing and will just ensure that every part of the transfer is completely stuck down.

Depending on the finish you want and whether you want to use the jar for storage, paint inside or outside the jar!
